1. The service
BoothShark, operated by Your Company Ltd. ([ADDRESS]), turns a photo you upload into a passport or visa photo in the official size and checks it automatically for common problems. You can preview the result for free before paying.
2. No affiliation, no guarantee of acceptance
We are not affiliated with any government agency. Our checks are automated and cover the most common rejection reasons. The issuing authority makes the final decision on whether a photo is accepted.
3. Price and payment
The price ($9.99 per document unless stated otherwise) is shown before checkout and includes [VAT/sales tax as applicable]. Until November 30, the price is discounted to $9.99 from the regular $16.99. Payment is processed by Stripe.
4. Delivery and right of withdrawal
The files are digital content delivered immediately after payment. By completing the purchase, you request immediate delivery and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the download is available.
5. Refunds
